Radical Self-Acceptance: The Best Gift for the Holidays
Note: This class is currently sold out. If you would like to be added to the wait list, please send your name, email, and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For some reason, for the first time in forever, I feel intensely drawn to celebrating the holidays this year and especially the return of the Light. Maybe it's because of the intense changes and even challenges so many people experienced in 2017.
So I'm excited to invite you back to another Holiday workshop in Berkeley! Last year's was powerful and echoed in my being for many months, so hope you can join us again, bring your friends, or come for the first time. It will be the perfect time to release blame, regrets and resentments, and relax ever more deeply into befriending the Self.
Radical self-acceptance just takes practice and is truly the best gift to yourself, but also to the world. It's the pure foundation for loving anyone else. Best of all, once the commitment is made, no one else can ever take it away.
For our six hours together, we'll hold a safe space for feeling and honoring everything, no matter what, from the inside:
- How to call an inner truce
- Relax into Self-acceptance and worthiness
- See all emotions as holy
- Let the inner One become your best ally.
And especially, how to truly offer All to Love so the right actions can be shown at the right time. Meditations, prayers, and ending ceremony.
(We'll also have a gift giveaway table similar to last summer at Omega. It was so much fun there, amazing to watch what the Shakti created for each person. I'm really looking forward to recreating that part again! So, once you register, we'll send you more details on this.)
So come join us. It will be an intimate, intensive experience.
Radical Self-Acceptance is just waiting for you to say... Yes.
Class will be held on December 16th, from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m.
We'll be returning to Rudramandir for this workshop at 830 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, CA 94710
Additional details about the event will be emailed to you after you register.
The lovely art used in the workshop flyer is by Lasha Mutual. You can see more of her work here: http://lashamutual.com.
