Listening in Live

Live calls can be accessed by telephone or internet, neither of which require you to log into your account on If you’re joining us live by phone, you will still need the passcode, which is provided every Monday in the email and the Facebook post. If you’re joining us live through the internet (on either a computer or a device), all you will need is the link, which also is provided every Monday in the email and the Facebook post.

Via phone

  1. Dial in
    • Primary Dial-In Number: (425) 440-5100
    • Secondary dial-in number: (415) 633-4267
  2. Enter guest pin code: 186569#
  3. Enter passcode: Changes every week (see email/Facebook)

Via internet

  1. Click the link provided in the Monday email or the Facebook post. No password of any kind is required to attend.

Accessing Recordings of Past Calls

We are now hosting the archive of all past recordings directly on, and it is necessary to log into your account in order to access them. Your user name is the email address you used to sign up for your subscription, and the “Lost Your Password?” link can help you reset your password in a few simple steps if you need to.

  1. Go to
  2. Click “Sign In” in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Enter your user name and password
  4. Click “Forum” in the upper right-hand corner
  5. Select the call you would like to listen to
  6. If you have lost your password…
  • Go to
  • Click “Sign In” in the upper right-hand corner of the page
  • Click “Lost Your Password?”
  • Enter the email address you used when you first signed up (email if you don’t remember that either)
  • A reset link will be sent to your email
  • Go into your email inbox and open the email, “Password Reset for Tosha Silver”
  • Click the link that says, “Click here to reset your password”
  • Enter and re-enter your new password and click, “Save”
  • On the next page that opens, click “Log in”
  • Enter your email address and the new password you just created
  • You’re in!

Downloading Recordings onto Your Computer

  1. Go to and log into your account
  2. Click “Forum” in the upper right-hand corner and scroll to the call you would like to download
  3. Right-click on the “download” hyperlink next to the call
  4. On a Mac, control+click and two-finger click will do the trick
  5. A dialog box will pop up. Choose either “Download Linked File As,” “Save File As,” “Save Link As,” or “Save Target As”
  6. Name the file however you like and select the destination (e.g. “Tosha Call 5.2” saved to the Desktop)
  7. A MP3 file will begin downloading at whatever location you have specified
  8. Once the download is complete, right-click the file, select “Open With,” and select the media player of your choice
    • Adding information to the call within your media player can help you organize and group multiple calls. Enter Tosha as the “artist” and creating an “album” like “Living Outrageous Openness” will ensure that they are all grouped together

Transfer Downloads to Devices

Numerous programs can be used to make the recordings available on your device. For Mac users, the simplest option is to use iTunes because it does not require you to download any additional software to your computer or your device. However, it is also possible to use free hosting software like Dropbox or Google Drive. These programs give each user a limited amount of free storage space on their servers (otherwise known as “the cloud”), which makes anything you store there available to any device that can connect to the internet. If there is a way to download the calls directly through your device, we weren’t able to find it! Please do let us know if you find a way ☺

Mac: iTunes

  1. After you’ve downloaded the call to your desktop, right-click the file and select “Open With”
  2. Choose iTunes from the list
  3. Once in iTunes, right-click the name of the track and select “Get Info” if you’d like to add additional information (e.g. Tosha’s name, the date, etc.)
  4. Next time you sync your iPhone or iPod, the call will automatically upload (make sure the song is checked if you’re manually selecting which tracks to put on your device)


  1. On your computer, go to, create your free account and download the software
  2. Once the call recording has downloaded to your computer, open Dropbox either as a folder on your desktop or through the internet. You can create a new folder for Tosha’s calls if you like.
  3. Simply drag the MP3 file from your desktop to the Dropbox folder of your choosing
  4. Download the free Dropbox app onto your device
    • For Apple products…
      1. Go into the App Store and search for Dropbox
      2. Select “Get” and enter your Apple ID password (you will not be charged as Dropbox is a free app)
    • Once Dropbox has downloaded, open the app and enter your login credentials
    • Everything in your Dropbox is now available on your device, including any calls you have saved there. You can play them on your device by opening the Dropbox file where they are and clicking on them
    • To make the calls available to be listened to even when your phone is not connected to the internet, open the file you created for the calls so you can see them individually listed. Swipe right on one of the calls (tap and drag your finger to the right) and a list of options will appear. Click the star to mark the call as a “favorite.” That will save the call to your device so it can be available offline.

Google Drive

  1. Google Drive is a free service that’s connected to your Gmail account
  2. Log into your Gmail account and click the little grid in the upper right-hand corner, next to your email address, and select “Drive”
  3. Click “My Drive” in the upper left-hand corner and select “New Folder”
  4. Open the folder and drag the MP3 from your desktop into the folder
  5. Download Google Drive onto your device
  • Go into the App Store and search for Google Drive
  • Select “Get” and enter your Apple ID credentials (you will not be charged as Google Drive is a free app)
  • Once the app downloads, tap it to open and it will ask you to log in with your Google account (same as your gmail login)
  • Everything in your Google Drive is now available on your device! You can play any calls you have saved there by opening up the folder they are in and tapping them
  • To make the calls available when you are offline, open the folder where you can see all the individual calls you have saved in your drive. Tap the little “i” all the way to the left. Turn the switch to “on” next to “Keep on Device”
