01:14:09 Andrea Linda Santean: It seems that in our earlier years we may not have valued or seen the gift of our life ... our time given here... our bodies= health in whatever form ... so in wisdom from learning.. why would we perpetuate this and not value the gift of life ... time ... our bodies = health... our mind and our soul now... they say ... when you are 120 years old or 100 or 90 you will look back on now what age you are now and see what you have ... the idea is look at the gift of now - I'm doing this ...now... and remember it takes a lot of energy when you focus on what you think was lost ... in anything in life or a person or a situation ... at the end of life you will see the vast mural of your all your life experience and realize everything that occurred - even the bad stuff or losses - including the beautiful was just perfect for your souls evolution

Of course I knew you would not go there, but I just want to say I have been aware of other courses from wonderful teachers and surprisingly they end up going in that direction. It’s like even when women want to avoid trying to fix themselves according to misguided norms they cannot and fall into the trap again and again. Even b beloved teachers sometimes slip into it, it is so part of who we are.

I have just nursed her through major heart surgery, and, while she is doing well, she is really struggling now with “feeling her age”, as she puts it, and is expressing a lot of self-loathing as a result.

How can I negotiate this? I can’t just walk away from her, she is vulnerable and needs help & reassurance (heart patients are especially prone to this), but at the same time I feel my own self being eroded and I don’t know how to stop it.

I adore her, she is a precious, precious person, but I get so little time or space to myself and some days can’t think straight, let alone meditate and practice self-care. I feel I can only really be my true self when I am alone, but that almost never happens. I have been deeply psychic all my life but now I just can’t feel/access my guidance.
What can you suggest I could do in these restricted circumstances?
01:11:28 Eve: Lastly, I have always been aware of feeling timeless, ageless and ancient, since I was a child. Chronological age has never really been of much importance to me. But now, years of looking after my both parents and supporting a sister who has needed a lot of help, coupled with a very early menopause, have suddenly made me feel a lot older than the 57 years I have.

I have worked as a storyteller and singer, (though not for some time now) and have also long wanted to become a writer and songwriter. But I have had to put my own creative work aside for so long I feel totally disconnected from it. And now, not only am I depleted and exhausted, I also really do feel like it is too late for me to be any of those things any more.
I’d love some guidance on how I might turn some of this around!

It was just affecting my body negativley and the social bonding and brief feeling of relaxation was not worth it. I feel like it is a loss but a bigger gain.
